Adv. Moshe Kahn

The founder of the firm, Adv. Moshe Kahn has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal counseling and representation to local and foreign companies, including leading multinationals operating in Israel, in a wide range of industries and in various matters including complex commercial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions (including cross-border), real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Kahn is a member of both Israel and New York Bars.

Mr. Kahn has been appointed to a number of Boards of Directors of companies in various industries due to his vast experience in business law.

Mr. Kahn currently serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association's Courts committee and Corporate and Capital Markets Committee and has served as deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association's Hi-Tech committee and Real-Estate committee.

He also founded the Center for Mediation of Conflicts between Lawyers, of the Israel Bar Association's National Mediation Institution.

Mr. Kahn serves as an academic coordinator of the courses: “Business and Law”, “Business and Family” and “Labor Law for Managers” at the Center for Commercial Law, Bar Ilan University, and also gives lectures on these courses.

Mr. Kahn's legal career began at the law offices of Gornitzky & Co, and M. Seligman & Co in Israel, and at Rosenman & Colin (currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman) in New York.

Mr. Kahn manages an internet forum on corporate law on the Lawforums website.

Mr. Kahn has an LL.B degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.

Adv. Yitzchak Shitrit

Mr. Yitzchak Shittrit provides legal counseling in a wide range of civil and commercial law matters, including real estate transactions, foreign investments, and local and cross-border inheritance matters, representing clients from Israel and abroad.

Mr. Shittrit holds an LL.B degree in Law as well as an M.A. degree in Public Administration and Political Science. He is a member of the Israeli Bar and a qualified mediator. Mr. Shittrit is fluent in both Hebrew and English.

Adv. Samuel Haddad

Mr. Haddad provides services of commercial contract drafting, commercial litigation, and legal counsel to businesses and corporations in Israel and abroad on both regulatory and commercial matters.

Mr. Haddad specializes in privacy protection, information, and database security (the local equivalent of GDPR), and in representation before the local regulator - Privacy Protection Authority.

Mr. Haddad also handles all kinds of commercial and investment transactions.

Mr. Haddad has interned in the legal department of a global publicly-traded company and has served as the legal counsel of a local branch of an international pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Haddad holds an LL.B degree from Ono Academic College in Kiriyat Ono.

Mr. Haddad is fluent in English and Hebrew.

Adv. Iris Bar-Tal

Ms. Bar-Tal is in charge of complex civil and commercial litigation cases. She represents clients in all judicial circuits including the Supreme Court. In addition, Ms. Bar-Tal provides legal counseling to firms and businesses in Israel and worldwide.

Ms. Bar-Tal is a former investment portfolio manager and stockbroker in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Also, Ms. Bar-Tal is an experienced journalist in the economic and tourism fields on all media channels.

Ms. Bar-Tal holds a bachelor's degree in law LL.B from The Academic Center of Law and Science in Tel-Aviv with great honors.

Ms. Bar-Tal also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics, B.A, from Tel-Aviv University.

Adv. Merav Gabay

Adv. Merav Gabay deals with complex commercial litigation cases and represents the firm’s clients in court and arbitration.

Adv. Gabay completed her internship at the Office of the Central District Attorney – Criminal Division.

Adv. Gabay holds a law degree (LL.B) from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan.

Adv. Irit Noy Shviro

Adv. Irit Noy Shviro practices civil-commercial law.

Adv. Shiro also specializes in mediation, dispute resolution, and negotiation management.

Adv. Shay Koren

Adv. Shay Koren represents the firm's clients in various commercial transactions and provides legal counsel and representation in complex litigation cases.

Adv. Koren worked at the Appeals Board of the Tel-AvivMagistrate Court and completed his internship at the Office of the Haifa District Attorney – Civil Division.
